Our Policies
The Roberts Mansion is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days* prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Cancellations with more than ten (10) days notice are refundable minus a $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than ten (10) days cancellation notice are nonrefundable, but we will refund any room nights that we are able to re-book, minus a $20 cancellation fee.
A minimum one night stay charge is required to hold the room for the event. Please contact us prior to booking for alternative deposit methods.
Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests.

Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM. If you are checking in during regular check-in times and would like complimentary tea and treats served please make a note on the reservation form. If arriving after check-in times, please call to make arrangements.

Please note that the Roberts Mansion is available for rental and that parts of the mansion may be unavailable to bed and breakfast guests for certain periods of time.
